Alumina for low-dielectric-loss ceramics
Low-soda alumina manufactured by Nippon Light Metal is designed to provide low dielectric loss and stable electrical insulation through impurity control focused on sodium content and optimized particle size design. It also offers excellent chemical stability, mechanical strength, and heat resistance for use in demanding environments. In addition to semiconductor manufacturing equipment components, electronic components, and various mechanical parts, it is suitable for insulating parts used in high-frequency and plasma environments.
