Bonding Mechanism
The surface treatments of PAL-fit™ can be divided into three types: laser treatment, wet treatment, and pre-coated metal for resin bonding. The Nippon Light Metal Group will propose the optimum surface treatment to meet the requirements of our customer.
Laser treatment
High joint strength is achieved by molten resin entering into the fine asperity.
Wet treatment
High joint strength is achieved by molten resin entering into the fine asperity.

Pre-coated metal
High joint strength is achieved by the compatibility of the resin bonding coating film and resin.
